TEMPLAR DRILL AND TACTICS. Sir Knight Stevens offered the following resolution: Eesolved, That the Chairman on Tactics and Drill be requested to communicate the work, as prepared by him, to the M. E. Grand Master, who, if he approve thereof, shall promulgate the same as the work of Templar Masonry. Which was adopted. "in Memorial." Sir Knight Winslow Lewis, from a Special Committee, submitted the following Eeport, which was unanimously adopted by a rising vote: The committee to whom was referred that portion of the address of the M. E. Grand Master which referred to, and paid a just tribute to the honored dead, who have passed, as we humbly trust, to a blessed immortality, respectfully report as follows: Resolved, That by the death of the venerable, ever respected, and beloved Sir Knights Dunlap, Gilman, and Tucker, Templarism has lost three of her most truly eminent and firmest supporters, society her brightest ornaments, and Christianity her truest followers. Resolved, That the earlier departure from earth to brighter skies of our younger associates, Sir Knights Kisk, Barker, Hunt, and Paul, has left a melancholy void in the number of those who fondly hoped to have long enjoyed their society in the upward and onward career of this fraternal and knightly association.
